- Non-holiday reservations require half the camping fee as a deposit at the time the reservation is made. Holiday weekend reservations require a full deposit. There are no refunds on cancellations made 7 days or less prior to your stay. For cancellations made 8 or more days before your stay a $20 cancellation fee will be charged.
- All rental units require a 14 day notice of cancellation. The cancellation fee with a 14 day notice will be $50. If cancelled within less than a 14 Day notice, all camping fees paid are non-refundable.
- We don’t charge extra for warm sunny weather and there are no refunds for cold and/or rainy weather. We don’t give refunds on camping fees for any reason , so plan accordingly.
- A $50 cleaning deposit is required in addition to rental unit fees (refund upon rental unit inspection of cleanliness).
- We don’t require reservations, however, for special events, large parties and weekend requests we strongly encourage making them.
